What makes Kindred Care Co. different from other nanny/babysitter/petsitter/home service agencies? Aside from our experienced team of thoroughly-screened, background-checked, drug-and-alcohol-tested, well-trained staff of amazing carers and our enthusiastic, hands-on CEO, KCC stands out from the rest for the following reasons:
(1) Highly competitive fees! Many service worker agencies charge huge up-front and annual fees just for accessing their worker network. These fees can range anywhere from $800 to $2,000 per year! KCC wants all clients to have access to amazing care regardless of income or socio-economic status. All clients have access to basic services at no up-front cost. Premium membership packages are available for clients needing more comprehensive services and benefits! (2) Most of our carers are or will be KCC EMPLOYEES! Once hired, carers start out as independent contractors until they develop a solid work history with the company. After 1,000 hours of service (approx. 6-18 months) and 10 client referrals, they are given the option to become fully employed, which may include benefits such as health & life insurance, paid sick, vacation, & personal time off, maternity/paternity leave, retirement plans, and even education reimbursements & allowances! This is not only great news for our hardworking, devoted carers, but for clients too! Well-paid staff who love their jobs are more likely to provide the best care and to stick around and develop long-term relationships with clients and their families. And that's what Kindred Care Co. is all about: providing exceptional care, from our family to yours!
(3) There are tons of ways clients can earn free hours and credits through loyalty and referrals! For every $250 of paid hourly service, clients earn a $10 bill credit! (That's essentially 4% cash back!) For every new client who books their first service appointment, both the referring client AND the new client will receive a $5 credit to their accounts, and for every new client who purchases a premium package, the referring client will receive a credit to their account equal to 5% of the new client's package fee. There is no limit to how many loyalty or referral credits clients can earn!
(5) Clients and families save even more by buying hours in advance! Purchase discounted service packages up front at discounted rates! For example, a family can buy a 50-hour childcare package for two children for $665 or 5% off the regular hourly rate. A 100-hour, two-child package is $1295 or 7.5% off, saving families $105! Clients can even bundle different types of services to maximize their savings, and pre-purchased hours never expire!
(6) More great staff benefits! Even in their first few months as independent contractors, all KCC staff will earn extra cash from referrals. For every new client who books their first service appointment, the referring carer will receive a $5 bonus on their next paycheck and for every new client who purchases a premium package, the referring carer will receive a bonus of 5% of the client's package fee! At the end of each year, carers with the most client and staff referrals will be eligible for even bigger cash prizes! In addition, carers will always have first dibs on accepting jobs from clients they have referred. Oh, and did we mention, carers keep 100% of all their own tips!
